SHIPPING POLICY

At Surf Department, each piece is produced in limited runs and made to order. This allows us to maintain quality and reduce waste across every collection.

All orders are processed within 5–7 business days. This production time is required before your order is shipped.

Once dispatched, shipping times are as follows:

Australia: 3–5 business days
International: 7–14 business days (depending on location)

Please note that during high-demand periods, production and shipping times may be slightly extended.

All orders are shipped via tracked delivery. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Surf Department is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or delivery issues caused by incorrect information provided at the time of purchase.

Once an order has been dispatched, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by postal services, customs, or external factors outside of our control.
